The position consults with the business and IT management/staff to assist and support the design, development and implementation of effective systems. Provides guidance in the creation of standard test environments, test plans, and test scripts. Prepares and conducts acceptance and regression testing of new or modified applications/systems. Analyzes/designs new or modified quality assurance (QA) procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered application/system enhancements. May modify automated testing systems for procedural or standard changes. Participate in the review of all issues, enhancements and/or related projects. Consults with IT staff and business areas in resolving questions during the testing process. Works with business and IT staff to establish and maintain a consistent testing methodology.

• Business Degree with at least four or more years experience in systems analysis and programming and quality assurance
  
• Strong knowledge of the commercial loan servicing industry and commercial realist estate is desired but not mandatory
  
• Technical knowledge of SQL, MS Office, web based applications
  
• Knowledge of modern testing methodologies is a plus
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Strong organizational skills are required (e.g. multi-task and work independently in a time sensitive environment)
