Description
This position is on our Structured Settlements Team in Woodbridge, New Jersey, within Prudential Retirement, a market leader in providing retirement plan products and services to public, private, and non profit organizations. The Quality Assurance Specialist position is on the Resolution and Control team in the Structured Settlements' Area and is responsible for completing quality assurance reviews, analyzing individual performance, and producing reports.  This individual will  help to support client satisfaction by executing on service targets.  They  will work under supervision of more senior staff and may also provide guidance and direction to more junior associates.
 
Primary responsibilities include:
 
  • Performing quality reviews on completed onboarding and post issue cases / transactions

  • Performing quality reviews on contractual documents

  • Analyzing individual errors and identifying training needs

  • Recommending new or modified quality assurance standards

  • Recommending service and workflow efficiencies

  • Documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures

  • Maintaining department Service Level Agreements

  • Maintaining department production and quality standards

 
 
 
 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word  
  • Four year degree or three to five years of equivalent job experience
  • Knowledge of Structured Settlement Product a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer Focused - understands the importance of maintaining our customer base
  • Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail
