Description
The Relationship Management Specialist will be accountable for supporting the business systems needs for Prudential's Learning organization, and will perform analysis, support and coordination for Business As Usual and Project based work. This role will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Learning technologies and provide support for initiatives that have broad scope and impact on the department's technology, processes and/or system automation. This role will also partner with HR Technology, Global Business & Technology Solutions, Corporate HR's external Third Party Vendors and Corporate HR Communities of Practice. Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert for Enterprise Performance Management & Succession Planning System and as backup for Enterprise Learning Management System:
- Lead process analysis, design/re-design of system enabled business processes and workflows, system integration, requirements gathering and process improvements
- Implement, plan and/or integrate technologies needed to automate business functions or new processes across multiple sites and vendors
- Interact with various customers to facilitate and develop a cohesive set of solutions in complex, unstructured environments
- Manage medium projects and activities of multiple project teams with representation from other areas of the company and external organizations
- Provide support for projects and BAU activities that impact Learning and the broader HR community:
- Support the System Development Lifecycle; including User Acceptance Testing, Change and Release management
- Analyze data to draw conclusions and articulate findings for management personnel
- Plan and follow-up on work with responsible parties in support of medium to large scale initiatives
- Execute day-to-day IT vendor governance and service delivery responsibilities:
- Evaluate service quality and IT process improvements
- IT process control monitoring
- Monitor vendor service levels, resolve issues, perform site visits
- Manage relationship between HR technology service providers
- Resolve escalated issues
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4 Year College Degree Required or equivalent
- 3 or more years experience/knowledge with a variety of technologies including mainframe, distributed (UNIX and Windows), and IT infrastructure such as servers, LANs, WANs, telecom, Web 2.0, etc.
- Application development, testing and infrastructure management experience a plus
- Technical knowledge with Lotus Notes, Java, XML and Web 2.0 technologies a plus
- Excellent Time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Professional Suite
