This position is on our Structured Settlement Team in Woodbridge, New Jersey, within Prudential Retirement, a market leader in providing retirement plan products and services to  public, private, and non profit organizations. The Senior Product Management Specialist position is a member of the Structured Settlements Business Development and Innovation Team. This role is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of product and industry related initiatives and projects.  This role will report directly to the Business Development and Innovation Lead.
 
Primary responsibilities include: 

• Recommending new initiatives within the Structured Settlement product line via analysis of a variety of sources (metrics reports, industry documentation, etc.)


• Prepare and assist in the development of Cost Benefit Analysis, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and Project Management documentation


• Coordination with internal business partners and external clients (where needed)


• Partner with the Project Management Organization contact assigned to Structured Settlements


• Execution of project goals and requirements


• Development of post-project analysis and "lessons learned"


• Serve as a back-up to Business Development and Innovation Lead at appropriate meetings

 

• Strong client level interaction relationship building abilities
  
• Four year degree or four to six years of equivalent job experience
• Knowledge of Structured Settlement Product a plus
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must possess strong problem solving, analytical skills
• Ability to adjust priorities to meet changing business needs
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and provide timely results
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
