Successful candidates for the Campus Recruiting Associate in Newark, NJ will manage efforts to source and hire qualified candidates from various colleges and universities. The campus recruiter will be responsible for working with Hiring Managers to define and hone job specifications for interns and entry-level employees. The recruiter will support and execute on the campus recruiting strategy through assessing candidates' skills, knowledge and attributes while managing relationships and events with Prudential's core schools. Additionally, the incumbent will play an active role in converting the candidate to new hire status and will facilitate a positive on boarding experience.

  • Taleo or equivalent ATS knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous campus recruiting and/or HR experience
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
