DescriptionPrudential Asset Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Team Lead. This position will be located in Dallas, Texas, and report to a Director of FHA/Construction.
Prudential Asset Resources is a subsidiary of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company and one of the largest commercial and multifamily mortgage servicing firms in the nation. Assets under management include CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and insurance company general account loans. The Company is a rated Primary, Master, and Special Servicer. Prudential Mortgage Capital Company is a diversified mortgage lender with a 125-year commitment to the commercial real estate market The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the management/oversight of PAR's construction portfolio as well as direct management of a team of construction asset managers. The position will work closely with the Director, construction management team and PAR senior management to mitigate risks within the c construction portfolio. The position will also work with borrowers, portfolio management, originators, closers and others within Prudential to ensure superior customer service is being provided. The construction portfolio consists of complex credit ranging from multifamily, hospitals, healthcare, assisted living properties'. The portfolio also consists of multiple capital sources, product types and multiple investors. Role is responsible for performing all aspects of Construction Loan Servicing, inclusive of: Management of construction and reserve draws to ensure compliance with loan documentation, budget allocation, engineering recommendations, etc. Complete final Endorsement Closing Process (conversion from construction to permanent). Conduct site inspections Manage borrower/correspondent relationships. Special projects (technical, policy and procedures, metrics, system modules, etc. Staff training and oversight of other team members. Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Construction management is preferred. 2-5 years loan closing experience preferred. Experience completing commercial site inspections. 2+ years experience managing large scale projects. Detailed understanding of entire construction management process. Proven ability to interact with internal and external clients. Prior experience working with various agencies/investors. Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills, ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize work based on established deadlines.
