Job Description: The successful candidate will work with a high performance and diverse team that supports the PREI Real Estate financial and property management, asset management, portfolio management and investor relations applications (MRI, Resolve, Investran) for the worldwide business as well as performing other business technical support as determined by management. The position requires that the candidate work with the real estate systems team, regional business units, and individual software vendors in various countries in order to implement global management information systems for the PREI global enterprise. The candidate will manage technology-related projects to develop project plans, clearly define business requirements, set priorities and perform and/or coordinate business testing of new systems or modifications of existing systems for business needs. Projects may involve working directly with property managers, and PREI accountant, analysts, and portfolio managers to assist them in routine daily application support issues, developing, improving, and maintaining business processes, user training, and documentation. The qualified candidate should possess strong real estate knowledge and systems background along with experience with multi-national technology projects. They should also possess good, business, presentation, and process skills and be able to work with various multi-cultural teams.
