Could you be the perfect Intern Im seeking to help me grow my Real Estate business while at the same time learning how to make big profit$ in Real E$tate?

Your job will involve working on the following tasks which range from easy to complex:
?Finding profitable real estate projects to invest in;
?Marketing research to make sure were only investing in risk-free investments;
?Communicating with sellers and buyers of real estate;
?Learning insider marketing techniques to find the most lucrative real estate investments the very secrets I use today;
?Building and maintaining an internet marketing presence;
?Creating VIDEOs of properties;
?Property maintenance and management;
?Phone calls;
?PreForeclosure investing learn how you can help the countries real estate market bounce back by helping distressed banks get rid of their toxic assets;
?Research, taking notes and creating summary reports;
?And so much more.

Here's the best part...Im not going to expect you to handle EVERY task listed above. Instead, well sit down togetherevaluate your strengths and weaknesses and then figure out which tasks are best suited for your strengths.

I dont care IF you havent worked in a while and you dont need any special experience but I am looking for someone dependable.

Ideally the person best suited for this internship would be someone whos interested in the following and has the following skills;
Real Estate; Marketing; Entrepreneurship; Business; Advertising; Sales; Database management; and Good writing, communication and Excel skills
