Portfolio Administration is responsible for servicing obligor relationships from Business Banking, Community Banking, and Private Banking. Economic conditions and positioning in the current credit cycle make credit servicing a critical factor in the success of the line of business Portfolio Administration supports. Successful candidates will assist with credit servicing function monitoring centrally underwritten and approved relationships for servicing requirements and covenant compliance. Demonstrated ability to apply sound knowledge of banking, underwriting and commercial credit analysis principals. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to apply knowledge of sound banking, underwriting and commercial credit analysis principals.

Qualifications:

In addition to the duties listed above, the Credit Portfolio Advisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to,

* Attend customer calls with bank partners to assist in identifying credit needs.
* Assist in preflighting large transactions and assist in packaging prior to submission to the Business Loan Center to improve turn and response time to client requests.
* Facilitate timely submission of renewals by managing the renewal / maturity process
* Facilitate action with the filed, underwriting managers, credit process managers & credit administration staff for appropriate & timely downgrades & Problem Asset Management transfers.
* Assist in resolving portfolio administration issues.
* Manage past level due loans for the market.
* Review overdrafts and insure appropriate approvals are obtained.
* Perform monthly review of covenant wavers in order to determine risk rating accuracy.
* Conduct Portfolio concentration reviews and peer comparisons.
* Monitor overall portfolio performance inclusive of existing & new business volume.
Qualified candidates must have,
• College degree required with a major in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 7 years Banking experience. Previous experience in Credit Administration, Commercial Small Business Underwriting or Commercial Small Business Lending is preferred.
• Must be PC proficient
