Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem. Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a Call Center or related area. Good verbal and written communications skills. Basic computer skills desired. MUST SPEAK FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
