Administers, organizes and conducts training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness.

Qualifications:



Design, facilitate and maintain Sales Leadership training to Production Managers. Design, deliver and maintain sales course(s) for Mortgage Loan Originators. Provide 1:1 coaching of Production Managers, Mortgage Loan Originators and/or sales teams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred and five to six years of Mortgage sales experience is required. Strong organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on classroom/workshop facilitation required. Previous mortgage sales or sales management experience required. Must be able to motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals. Strong knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint required.

This position will be required to travel up to 75% of the time across the Regions footprint.
