A brand new therapeutic riding facility in the North Port area is looking for an intern to join its team this fall. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on professional horse care experience in a positive, upbeat environment. Duties will include regular husbandry (feeding, grooming, mucking stalls) as well as other chores related to the upkeep of the facility. You will also assist with client's therapeutic riding sessions. Depending on your riding experience, you may be asked to ride and exercise the horses to maintain their therapy skills.
