Processes incoming sales and ensures sales slips are accurately entered. Completes basic data entry and filing tasks. Provides miscellaneous assistance as required. * Assists sales consultants and designers in entering all sales slips * Sorts, copies, and distributes reports, documents, and files * Assists with assigned photocopy tasks * Data entry accuracy * As directed by Business Office Manager may collect payments and process credit cards for merchandise sold * Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems * Clerical support functions are performed accurately and timely. * All money collected balances with sales slips * Calls and coordinates deliveries with customers * Processes returns and cancellations * Responds to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, ship outs, returns/cancellations * Researches and resolves problems with orders * May provide assistance with special orders * Excellent growth opportunity Skills/Requirements * High school graduate or equivalent * Excellent communications and public relations skills * Well organized * Attentive to detail * Willingness to assist others * Strong typing abilities * Able to use PC, calculator, and office equipment Apply To This Job Apply on Company Website |
