Accounting and Reporting Manger needed for fast growing eastern NC company. The Accounting/Reporting Manager will be responsible for timely reporting, GAAP compliance, consolidation of GAAP financial, SOX internal controls compliance and other related special projects. Other duties will include interacting with external auditors, researching technical accounting issues and ad hoc reporting. This is a newly created position within the organization and offers excellent compensation, benefits and career growth. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years accounting experience. Public accounting experience is a plus. Strong GAAP knowledge is required. SOX experience is a plus.
