Our client, a large, publicly traded company located in downtown Vancouver is seeking an Accounting Manager. Working for a fast paced organization that continues to grow, responsibilities will include oversight of an established accounting team, to include managing the accounting functions, including a substantial role in managing the accounts payable team, project accounting, general ledger, review of financial statements. Ensuring the efficient and timely interaction with other departments throughout the company is an important component of this position. Improvement in work processes to ensure operational needs are being met will be an ongoing requirement.
