Benefits and Compensation Specialist Job Listing at Robert Half Finance & Accounting in LEXINGTON, KY
Our growing client seeks qualified candidate for this key role available due to promotion
Responsibilities include performing internal and external analysis with regard to compensation structures, incentive plans and benefits to ensure market competitiveness. Provide written and oral presentation of analytical findings, proposed projects and recommendations to senior management. Development and implementation of competitive compensation initiatives based on market testing, data gathering and analytical findings.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in finance/accounting, business administration or liberal arts or at least five years of experience
At least two years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources, finance/accounting or administration.
Previous experience with HRIS systems is required
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified candidates will have a background that includes
Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking, analysis and presentation skills.
Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.
Outstanding level skills with Microsoft Office suite is required.
