Leading employer in Eastern Iowa has an immediate opening due to an internal promotion! In this Budget Analyst role, you will provide analytical support for budget and expense projects pertaining to IT services within the organization. You will prepare operating budgets for departments, review expenses, prepare expense variance analysis and provide project support as needed. Additionally you will assist in preparing and analyzing financial and expense reporting, review and post monthly journal entries, calculate monthly and quarterly charge backs, preparing monthly accounting reconciliations and SOX documentation, research and adjust any exceptions. You will also provide expense support to operational department managers and assist in the quarterly close and annual budgeting process as needed.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have a BA in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years related budget experience and either some IT experience or specific IT budget experience.
