Publicly Traded Energy company located in Somerset, NJ is looking for a CFO. CFO will report to the CEO and be required to provide the CEO and Board with financial control and performance information to optimize finance business and to establish the pricing and economic models required to grow the business through strategic expansion and acquisition efforts. The CFO will also provide support to the CIO for planning, sourcing and execution of debt and equity funding for the business, the related numerous Responsible Management Entities (project LLC's) and for ultimate creation of a funding syndicate or fund to support a vibrant DBOF business model.
