Our client, a large publicly traded Life Sciences Company with Corporate Headquarters located in the Waltham area seeks a Finance Manager due to a recent promotion. The Finance Manager will report directly to Vice President of Finance and manage a small staff of a rapidly growing business unit segment. Responsibilities include the follow: manage and forecast the budget process, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, revenue recognition compliance, provide leadership of all process improvement initiatives, analyze components of sales, inventory, cost of good sold, rebates and variance analysis for profit and loss statements. This position requires strong communication and business partnering skills as they will be with dealing with numerous key managers including Senior Executives. The Finance Manager should have an MBA Degree with 8+ years of related experience within a global environment and previous supervision experience Strong financial modeling ability is required and experience with SAP and Hyperion is highly preferred.
