Hospital financial analyst needed for large hospital accounting group. The hospital financial analyst will support and partner with Site Administrators, senior management, and finance to process all financial reporting, month-end close schedules, and financial analytics related to the site. The hospital financial analyst must have in-depth knowledge of hospital reimbursement / revenue cycle, experience with reserve calculations, and hands on journal entries and account reconciliation experience. The financial analyst must be able to communicate effectively both in written and spoken presentations and will work in a sole-contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities at this time. The position requires a BA degree in accounting with 7+ years related hospital accounting experience, strengths with systems, financial reporting, analysis, and ability to operate in a sole-contributor role.
