Practice Manager needed to manage a large, 20+ physician practice and all office/business staff. The Practice Manager's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: recruiting, on-boarding, retention, budgeting, forecasting, managing systems, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, as well as reviewing monthly statistics including revenue and productivity, and working to improve revenue cycles.

The selected candidate will offer a BS in Accounting, Finance, Management or Healthcare Administration; an MBA a definite plus; 7+ years progressive experience, management of large practice; and exceptional leadership and communication skills. This is a high profile position reporting to the VP with dotted line report to the CEO. Relocation offered.
