Multi-Billion Dollar real estate company seeks a Portfolio Accountant for its expanding San Antonio corporate office. This Portfolio Accountant will be responsible for accounting functions relating to a real estate portfolio consisting of office, multi-family, industrial, retail and hotel properties to include joint ventured properties. This Portfolio Accountant will be responsible for verifying, reviewing and analyzing property and entity level general ledgers as well as record adjustments for investments.
This Portfolio Accountant should have a Degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ yrs. Accounting experience, Extensive financial statement experience, G/L Accounting experience. Preferred Experience in a Commercial Real Estate Investment firm, a Master's Degree or CPA and experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software experience
