Established Real Estate Developer seeks a Project Accountant for its corporate headquarters. Responsibilities will entail processing invoices, reviewing project costs, coordinating with project managers, financial reporting, budgeting, and preparation of corporate level financials. This individual will also provide senior management with projections, and will participate in management meetings. Candidates should have an Bachelors Degree in Accounting, three or more years of real estate/construction accounting experience and experience with Timberline software.
