Large company in the Capital District seeking an IT sourcing manager including ability to handle Contracts and Strategic Sourcing. Responsibilities include improving IT vendor relations, purchasing for consulting arrangements (contracts and master services agreement), working with infrastructure, sourcing for IT products including servers, disks, storage, and software and working closely with senior management to meet objectives. You will also be involved with staff to develop an effective process including organizing and generating Requests for Proposals, analyzing proposals, negotiating terms, contract terms, price, discounts, payment terms and related items. This position will report to the CIO.
