*** Auditors looking to transition into the Private Sector *** Outstanding opportunity North of Boston for a Senior Financial Analyst to join rapidly growing Medical Manufacturing Company. The Senior Financial Analysts will report to the Manager of Financial Reporting in a HYBRID role of both technical and general accounting activities. Responsibilities include: prepare and submit all statutory financial filings to the SEC and /or other regulatory agencies, responsible for researching SEC and GAAP requirements and issues as required, responsible for preparation and coordination of financial and 401(k) benefits audits, support tax file preparations, stock option accounting, assist in month end close process , financial reporting, internal/external audits and internal controls. BS/BA in Accounting or Finance is required with MBA and CPA highly desired. 3+ years of related experience with strong understanding of GAAP and previous experience working in a publicly traded company environment.
