Junior Paralegal/Legal Assistants!!

An intellectual property law firm in West LA is looking for a paralegal/legal assistant. They are a small firm that has a collegial environment. Their office environment is very similar to the "silicon valley" model as its an open floor environment with a business startup mentality. They are doing extremely well and are looking to expand even more in 2013. They hire people who are young, intense and very driven to succeed. Please see below for criteria:
MUST HAVE at minimum 3-5yrs+ experience as paralegal/legal assistant in any capactiy
IP experience is a plus!
Prefer someone junior from smaller firm/company
Intense, hard-working, organized and driven go-getter with a thick-skin
