Our client, a leading satellite service provider is looking for a 10 plus years IP license attorney to oversee the Intellectual Property team. You will be responsible for supervising the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, patent infringements, and conducting patent licensing negotiations. You will be directly responsible for potential acquisition and licensing opportunities, including patent assertions and negotiations. 10 plus years of Intellectual Property licensing, patent prosecution, and experience with dealing with patent infringement cases are required for this position. You are required to be licensed with admission to practice with the USPTO as well as a BSC in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. International Intellectual Property licensing experience is required to be successful in this position.
