We are seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst for a 3 to 6 month contract position. You will support about 100 local users via phone and email and be responsible for problem resolution or proper escalation and follow up. Candidates should have good software, hardware and application troubleshooting experience in a corporate setting utilizing Microsoft technologies such as Windows 7, MS Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Any experience with Active Directory and a trouble ticket system a big plus. Any experience with basic network administration tasks and troubleshooting remote user connectivity also a plus.
