Help Desk Analyst I Job Listing at Robert Half Technology in Chicago, IL (Job ID 01300-146415)
I have an immediate need for a Help Desk professional to work in the loop! This is a full time, direct hire role and is an immediate need due to growth!
For this role you must have strong experience, be able to support, and have the ability to troubleshoot. You will participate in the National Service Desk as a phone center analyst. Provide high-quality, desk-side technical support within local office. Must have technical experience within the Legal industry Demonstrating a blend of technical skills and responsibility of the latest technologies will be necessary for this position. Experience with Microsoft Windows 7, and Microsoft Office 210, mobile devices, hardware (desktop/laptop) deployment methods. If you have the ability to handle conflict and difficult situations and have a high level of customer service you will be a good fit for this role!

To be considered for this role, you must know or have the following skills/experience:
Help Desk experience
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
A background in a call center environment
Knowledge of current technology and strong communication skills
Degree in an IT related field is preferred
Technical experience within the Legal industry
Certifications (A+, Network +, etc)
Microsoft Certifications are preferred
