I am currently looking for a Help Desk II Analyst for a reputable company in the greater Nashville Area. I am looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in the Help Desk Analyst Role. This person needs to be able to trouble shoot all problems with Windows XP up to Windows 7. This person needs to have strong communication skills as well as strong customer service skills. The candidate needs to have expertise in trouble shooting PC hardware skills as well as Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have the following certifications: A+, Security+, or Net+, or MCP, or MCSA.

To qualify for consideration, you must meet or exceed the following:

Must have 2+ years Citrix experience
