As a C# .NET Software Engineer, this person will work on projects to enhance and improve our platform. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) design and development of web projects and desktop applications, unit testing, code reviews, resolving defects encountered during the QA cycle, supporting the production environment, and assisting other developers in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new as well as enhance and improve existing software written in C#, ASP.NET MVC Framework and possibly Silverlight
Primarily Web Development - work daily with: HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Web security
Design and present projects to improve current process and overall platform
Code and test projects
Attend meetings and training as required
Function as a Technical Lead as required
Work with product management for the successful completion of projects
Follow established department procedures, policies, and processes
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

3 years of software development
2 years of ASP.NET and C#
2 years developing with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax
Excellent problem solving abilities
Organize and prioritize individual workload in order to meet required deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members, team leads, and on occasion with clients
Work as a member of a team, accept ownership of work and actively contribute to team discussions
Excellent decision-making skills
Working knowledge of object oriented software design
Working knowledge of unit testing
