DescriptionGENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Sr. Manager/Manager of Wi-Fi Network Operations will be responsible for multiple operational aspects of our Wi-Fi networks at major hotel/casino properties in the Las Vegas market and/or other newly launched Wi-Fi markets. Working under the direction of the Wi-Fi Network Operations Director, high level responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: General Client Issue Management & Resolution Data Management & Controls Wi-Fi Process Controls Definition, Reporting & Enforcement Asset Management/Network Software Update Tracking & Controls Lawful Intercept Request Management PCI Compliance Audit Management Third Party Website Blacklist Management Accounts Receivable & Payable Coordination Given the diverse nature of the critical responsibilities listed above, the successful candidate will require the ability perform multiple aspects of their job simultaneously and be adaptable to change in a highly and performance based/measured business environment. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of sample duties and responsibilities for each of the key job functions required for the Sr. Manager/Manager of Wi-Fi Network Operations. General Client Issue Management & Resolution Interface with multiple client functional areas, including Convention Sales & Services, Property Engineering, Business Process Teams, IT, Marketing/Advertising and others Track & report progress across a variety of issues touching each functional area to whom we provide services, referencing specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) when required Data Management & Controls Ensure system data is being collected and aggregated correctly from multiple sources Ensure certain inventory elements are managed effectively so as to avoid double booking Periodically coordinate updates to portal page templates for individual conventions or client related portal pages Wi-Fi Process Controls Definition, Reporting & Enforcement Working with Client Convention IT support teams, ensure clients access to our Network for new SSID creation, user policy set up, etc., follows protocols that do not jeopardize overall network stability Support creation of process documentation and controls policy with various client teams to define consistent procedures for all client network access Approve network access by client(s) to support special requests/network configurations Ensure client(s) returns network to appropriate configuration after customized services are rendered Track and reconcile comps given for service Asset Management/Network Software Update Tracking & Controls Ensure asset management policy is followed for new, upgraded and replacement equipment on an ongoing basis, with specific attention to extended warranty tracking for significant network architecture Issue periodic reports summarizing status of all network equipment Track network spare equipment, ensuring all spare equipment is warm (pre-configured) according to the latest network equipment configuration standards and manufactures issued software patches and upgrades Plan for and coordinate any network downtime for standard and emergency network maintenance windows and/or software upgrades Ensure trouble tickets for equipment replacement/maintenance are closed timely and per contractual SLAs Lawful Intercept Request Management When requested by a legal authority and our management, produce and distribute tracked network end user data, associated with the particular investigation at hand Create ad hoc reports, data analysis and data downloads from various owned or outsourced databases to comply with specific legal authority request Apply on Company Website |
