Opportunity with a very stable Company in the East Bay -

This is a senior technical position responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our broadly deployed and utilized Citrix environment. Best candidates will be extraordinary technicians and diagnosticians, experienced with global enterprise systems and related projects, superior communicators and devout customer servants. They will be detail and results oriented with the ability to both develop process and follow procedures. Direct or oversight responsibilities include:
Designing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows Terminal Servers in a Microsoft-based application environment
Designing, configuring and maintaining Citrix XenApp farms, XenCenter, Provisioning Services & NetScaler
Assuring compliance with internal controls related to particular IT functions
Coordinating implementation and/or changes of complex systems
Also:
Providing top-tier technical assistance for other systems management and administration roles including Helpdesk Admins and System Administrators
Oversee the development of relevant documentation and technical mentoring

Required Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent logic and problem-solving capabilities
Strong work ethic
A team player
Proven experience with Citrix XenApp utilized for shared desktops and published apps
Proven experience with a multi-note, HA configuration of Citrix Netscaler
Proven experience with Citrix Provisioning Services
Demonstrable expertise with Citrix XenCenter or similar virtualization engines (e.g. VMWare or Hyper-V)
Proven experience in Microsoft Active Directory environments and designing GPOs (Group Policy Objects)
Broad awareness of enterprise information systems technologies
Experience with large, complex and multi-national projects
Detail-oriented
Ability to manage many projects with varying priorities.
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

Desired Skills/Qualifications:
Experience working with integrated applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe
Experience working with SAN systems
Experience working in a multi-national IT enterprise
Experience utilizing industry best practices and products to address risks and situations found in modern computing environments.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally at times a few times per year
