Our client is looking for a talented Microsoft Engineer, willing to learn new technologies. The candidate will join the team to support clients leveraging wireless technologies for video streaming and access control. Candidate must work well in a team environment and possess good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
The System Engineer will have demonstrated success on large scale & small scale projects. This person will have a good working knowledge working with IT Service Management & the Project Management Process.
Essential Technical Capabilities:
- Available & Adaptable to work in various environments, travel to client sites
- Strong understanding of networking, LAN, WAN, MPLS, expert knowledge of Windows 2003/2008, VMWare, SAN Technologies.
- Track & update events in the troubleshooting ticketing System in a clear & efficient manner.
5+ years of experience providing high level support to users & operations
Excellent Communication Skills
MCSE is a PLUS
LAN/WAN experience
Any Cisco experience is a Plus
