Perform a full range of procurement activities supporting Facilities Management Services (FMS) operations including projects of
Requirements: BS in Accounting or Business Administration required or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience; CPM preferred. Five to seven years relevant experience required with preference given to individuals who have worked in procurement in an academic setting supporting facilities. Experience with the Oracle financial applications or another enterprise-wide system required. Experience with the procure-to-pay cycle, knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, and strong analytical skills required. A high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access required.
Skills: Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds both internal and external to the organization. Must have well-developed oral and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively prioritize work demands, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently; and pay attention to detail.
