Right now, we’re looking for an ESL Developer to join our team to develop, test implement application code to specifications and architectures provided by application designs and user requirements. The Developer also contributes to application design sessions, documents application implementations, and assists in the development and execution of unit, functional and performance scripts. Position Responsibilities: The ESL Developer will play a key role in helping us to achieve our goals by focusing on the following responsibilities: •Completes application coding assignments that meet provided technical specifications and end-user requirements •Participates in design process that generates application functional and technical specifications •Documents application design specifications and implementation procedures to improve application quality and reuse of code •Assists in the creation of unit, function and performance test scripts to improve application quality and ensure fulfillment of requirements •Plans and executes testing and implementation of major systems •Develops, implements, and tests all system implementations within Information Technology •Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements •Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, computer/electrical engineering, or related field required.
•Two to five years related experience required.
•Experience with automation builds, including Team City a plus.
•Experience with ASP.Net, C#, SQL, and WCF.
•Knowledge of software development, life-cycle, implementation methodologies, and development tools.
•Skill in application coding, creating computer applications and/or databases, programming, application of job software programs, troubleshooting and resolving database software problems, and operating computers.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Possess a functional orientation, understanding how development work translates to the end business user.
