Safelite AutoGlassis looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position, in accordance with company prescribed policies and procedures maintain the distribution of mail and reports and filing and retrieval of all GTS/WTS invoices.

Responsibilities

* Process incoming mail in an efficient and timely manner
* Scan all documents and reports
* Operate all scanning and retrieval equipment.
* Send all outgoing mail and freight as required
* Receive all incoming mail and freight.
* Distribute all reports and supplies.
* Operate indexing equipment.
* Run necessary errands
* Take bank deposits daily
* Help with the maintenance and ordering of supplies for printers, copiers, etc.
Requirements
Requirements

* High school dipolma or GED required
* Previous mailroom experience would be a plus
* Vaild driver's license
* Knowledge of office equipment
* Ability to scan and index using our equipment
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Skill in working well with all types of associates
* Skill in organization, and alpha and numeric accuracy
