Safelite AutoGlassis looking for a Customer Service Respresentative to join our team! This position provides phone support related to all service functions within a facility, including insurance, cash, commercial, wholesale, and repair.

Responsibilities

* Handles all incoming customer calls: ETA's, service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale, same-day reschedules/cancellations
* Performs confirmation calls
* Performs dispatch calls for all technicians
* Provides customer service by responding quickly to technician and customer requests, communications, and complaints.
Requirements

* High school or equivalent
* 1-3 years experience of telephone operations or business administration
* Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols
* Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation
* Ability to engage customer throughout entire service experience
