Bakery Manager - Brooks, AB

Canada Safeway Limited requires a Full Time Bakery Manager for the Brooks, AB, Safeway.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations including: customer service, training, merchandising, stocking , budgeting and planning. Ideally you will have 3-5 years management experience and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills. Previous retail bakery experience required.

Retail JOURNEYMAN BAKER:
Customer Service, baking of product, sanitation, cleaning of machines, etc. Requires Journeyman ticket or related experience. Safeway specific training will be provided. Extensive heavy lifting may be required.

Retail APPRENTICE BAKER:
Customer Service, use of mixer, commercial oven and donut fryer. Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. Safeway specific training will be provided. Extensive heavy lifting may be required. Must be registered in the Bakery Apprenticeship Program.
