Qualifications: The following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated:

•A High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and a combination of four years post-secondary education and/or retail experience is required.
•Retail Grocery experience an asset.
•Proficient customer service and supervisory skills
•Solid understanding of overall store operations
•Strong Leadership skills
•High degree of initiative and sense of urgency
•Available to work flexible hours (am/pm shift)
•Ability to work independently and in a team

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Assist with implementing Division Grocery Merchandising programs.
•Ordering and minimizing out-of-stocks.
•Presentation of the department.
•Provide excellence in world-class customer service.
•Responsible for self-directed management development plan.
