WHY WE NEED YOU: We are currently seeking professional Contact Centre Service Agents for a fixed term project based on our client’s site in Penrose. The team will be involved in representing a government department and providing exceptional customer service to their consumers and be working in a friendly professional manner where accuracy and attention is vital. ResponsibilitiesYour role is to achieve the necessary outcomes on behalf of this agency, all the while maintaining a superior level of service so the customers feel valued and positive about the experience.
Naturally you will have sound communication skills, positive outlook, be tenacious, resilient and have good judgement to decide on your approach. Awareness of financial matters and numerical literacy will be a definite asset. RequirementsYou will be required to work between the operational hours of Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm and occasional additional hours.
Full-time paid training is starting Monday 8th April 2013 with Salmat Induction and will continue for a further seven days with client training. Availability to complete this is essential to be successful.
