* Presales, Sales support
* Drive the mobile strategy definition of large accounts
* Collaboration with the Sales team, Project Manager, Mobile Solution Principles, Industry Principals and extended mobility team including Custom Development and Global Delivery to utilize the SAP Mobile Platform through design, build into run phase
* Contribute to knowledge management and sharing amongst team to promote greater knowledge transparency including enablement of the extended EMEA MU delivery teams, customers and partners
* Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts in addition to growing and developing reference able customers through their investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.
