• Act as remote partner enabler to increase the partners business capabilities and productivity
• Accelerate partner sales & pre-sales readiness and adoption of SAPs latest solutions and products
• Coordinate various enablement activities (remote and onsite)
• Manage the partner program and actively monitor and drive performance criterias
• Work in close collaboration with the partner managers in the field and support operational tasks and programs
• Collaborate closely with other SAP business units on selected key campaigns and strategic acceleration programs
• Contribute to the overall partner experience and thus improve the partner satisfaction
• Providing telephone and email interactive support for partners
• Communicating timelines on upcoming training activities
• Navigating and connecting with SAP support services
• Communicating upcoming partner information and events
• Coordinating with internal SAP resources, including SAP Support, order entry, legal, and finance.
