Manage the quality assurance activities for complete lifecycle of projects from evaluation through specification, design, realization, testing and go-live support
Identify the relevant Life Cycle Model(s) (LCM) and related accelerators across different delivery models/ solutions / industries
Be a decisive member of the project / program management team of large projects / programs advocating the quality of the solution
Ensure together with the project team that the project meets customer expectations
Provide coaching and consulting to the project team on SAP Global Deliverys Quality Management methodologies & processes
Conduct periodic / on-demand project assessments and audits
Responsible for continuous improvement & formulation of new QM processes
Advise customers on project quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training / orientation to project team on Global Deliverys Quality Management System (QMS)
Ability to train and mentor team members.
Ensure QMS compliance at the project level and submit weekly QA report to all GD stakeholders
Perform metrics data collection and analysis. Suggest corrective & preventive actions
Facilitate and moderate root cause analysis meetings
Report project risks and issues proactively
Participate in quality and risk reviews at specific milestones across the project lifecycle
