Be the single point of impact to customer CxOs and command respect due to experience, knowledge , excellent inter-personal skills and interpretations of varied agenda Build up the industry coverage of SAP in the country with revenue goals Manage complete lifecycle of customers in the chosen industry from sales to long term strategic engagement In the Value partnership sales cycle: 1.Support SAP account managers to create a customer-specific VPS strategy, initiate and drive the VPS sales cycle 2.Establish value management concepts, processes and tools 3.Understand customers business and IT challenges on a strategic as well as operational level and create a client-specific value partnership proposal 4.Manage SAP resources during the sales cycle of a Value Partnership Mutually define with the Customer the Dimensions of a Value Partnership: Vision, Objectives, Measures, Services, Experts, Products, Governance, Processes, Co-Innovation and Commitment Present, sell and implement VPS proposal to business and IT c-level at the customer Translate the business requirements to the optimal utilization of SAP Solutions on a recurring basis to fine tune existing engagements Develop new VPS customers into strategic partners in a long-term relationship Manage proactively customer issues & challenges in a structured manner and generate tangible results Be customer-minded and focused Apply on Company Website |
