Job Description :
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE:
Exceed customer expectations by providing superior customer service through strong human relations skills, product knowledge and sales skills.

JOB FUNCTION:
* Works directly with customers on the sales floor and effectively evaluates their needs utilizing customer service skills and product knowledge.
* Establishes strong working relationships with store employees, sales team and customers to ensure service levels are exceeding customer's expectations.
* Ensures store appearance, merchandising and shelf-stock clean and presentable.
Job Requirements :

* One year experience in the irrigation/landscape industry.
* Working knowledge of irrigation and landscape products.
* English/Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
* Ability to move and/or lift up to 75 pounds.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Basic computer skills.
