• Performs complex systems analysis translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Analyzes the results of complex mathematical and statistical algorithms. • Supports business clients in the execution of business plans. • Coordinates complex software installations ensuring systems function as designed and updates system to stakeholder specification. • Ensures adherence to vendor and corporate specifications. • Guides the development, installation and maintenance of complex business applications using structured development methodology according to corporate standards. • Interfaces with other areas in information systems and stakeholder departments to support existing production systems and to develop and implement new systems. • Analyzes, determines, and controls resources used in systems programming to ensure efficient resource usage while maintaining system performance level. • Provides on-call support (as needed) to ensure systems function as designed. • May coordinate large system tests, integration tests, conduct walkthroughs, or develop or teach technical classes in order to maintain efficient operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent. • Minimum of five years experience in application development/design or equivalent. • Strong analytical and programming skills. • Familiarity with mathematical and/or statistical methods preferred. • Strong knowledge of and skill in systems analysis, logic diagramming, testing, debugging, system software, systems testing, systems implementation, hardware computer operations, and documentation standards. • Experience with relational database systems. • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. • Experience building statistically based business models. • JAVA programming experience in UNIX or LINUX environment.
