Sears Holdings Management Corporation provides corporate services to Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) and its family of companies, including Sears Roebuck and Co. and Kmart Corporation.

The eCommerce Performance Analyst provides reporting, analysis, and operational support for eCommerce vendor operations (drop ship and Marketplace seller programs). The scope of operations includes Kmart.com, Sears.com, MyGofer.com, and other vendor programs. Will develop, improve and monitor exception based reporting. Will provide analysis to eCommerce management in support of the drop ship program.

Responsibilities •Assist the Manager of eCommerce Vendor Operations in daily support of all vendor programs •Pull data from various systems daily in support of vendors and internal stakeholders •Monitor vendor performance and compliance to OBU operational standards •Develop, improve exception reporting for use by Vendor Performance Analysts •Interact with vendors to resolve performance issues, including root cause identification and solution implementation •Proactively identify process improvements •Document process/information flows •Interact with internal/external partners to identify and resolve issues •Develop cross-functional skill set within eCommerce Operations team •Other duties as assigned Skills/Experience Requirements •Expert in use of Microsoft Office products •Proficient in use of Business Objects reporting application and Teradata •Knowledge and ability to use SQL preferred •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Ability to interpret complex systems/processes and communicate the information to business users with little to no experience •Utilize web and mainframe based applications •Troubleshooting of systems and processes •Ability to understand and apply logic to complex systems and applications
