Sears Holdings Management Corporation provides corporate services to Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) and its family of companies, including Sears Roebuck and Co. and Kmart Corporation.

The Executive Broadcast Producer works in partnership with Advertising Agencies to produce all television/radio commercials, print, and omni-channel assets for all Sears brands and formats. Responsible for facilitating shoots by analyzing storyboards/layouts, understanding the agency’s vision for production and working with the agency to determine the most cost effective way to produce the commercial with the highest production values. Stays on top of industry changes and innovations to advise internal business and brand marketing partners in the broadcast production process.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work with VP Integrated Marketing, Director of Broadcast and Ad Agency throughout creative development process to fully understand creative vision and expectation for commercials/advertising. 2. Manage production calendar, production assignments, and production budget. 3. Review agency submitted television storyboards and radio scripts to determine approach to production and to determine budget parameters. 4. Manage the production process: review director’s reels, approve bids, procure samples within the company and ship in a timely and cost-efficient manner. 5. Oversee the production bidding process in partnership with advertising agency producer and cost consultant. Select the production house to shoot the commercials. 6. Review AICP/AICE bids to ensure costs are submitted according to industry guidelines. 7. Obtain all product information and provide to agency and production company for accuracy in shooting. 8. Insure legal approval of all scripts prior to production. 9. Coordinate pre-production meeting. 10. Oversee talent hiring and coordination, insure all paperwork is accurate. 11. Attend pre-production meetings with director and production company. Approve casting, locations, set design and shooting boards. 12. Attend commercial shoots to insure that creative standards are met and Sears products and brands are accurately represented. Insure all agreements from pre-production meeting are achieved. 13. Approve and communicate any necessary expenditures above assigned budget. 14. Oversee post-production efforts in editing process and obtain final approvals on rough cuts and finished commercials prior to shipment to networks. 15. Maintain resources to duplicate and traffic commercials and store production elements. 16. Maintain digital asset library 17. Maintain internal commercial library 18. Maintain all files related to the production jobs 19. Familiarity with SAG regulations and manage talent cycles REQUIREMENTS: • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Television and Film Production. • 5+ years experience in marketing, account management or television and/or film production within an advertising agency or production company • Highly skilled in project management • Organized and detail oriented • Collaborative • Willing to travel minimum 8-10 days per month
