• Partners with BU clients in cultivating strong relationships with governmental or municipal administrators of individual energy/green based rebate or incentive programs. • Provides operational review and field level perspective on any Statement of Work (SOW) or strategic agreement (MSA) to ensure there are no contradictions to current selling/operational models. Leads agreement facilitation with all parties to ensure cohesive execution. • Responsible for clearly outlining stores/sales teams’ role in executing against programs deemed necessary to participate with the strategic partner. • Coordinates (reviewing/approving) efforts between Retail Services, Operating Business Units, as well as Support Business Units, in developing standards for the positioning of signing highlighting any related product or program within all formats. This includes company produced, vendor or administrator provided signage or, POP related material. • Leads all efforts in regards to Field Communication of program execution details. This includes development and management of any internal Intranet sites as well as partnership with the Online Business Unit to influence any customer facing websites supporting messaging of individual programs. • Liaison link between field and support center leadership teams facilitating two-way communication and feedback on an ongoing basis. This includes process of collecting information on any programs identified by stores or field teams and sharing them with BU clients for potential participation and/or scalability. • Engages other format leadership teams if warranted to share information on potential sales opportunities related to individual municipal/local/state/federal programs. • Facilitates promotional/ co-branding marketing opportunities with governmental, non-profit or municipal administrators of individual energy/green based rebate or incentive programs and respective BU category and potential vendor. • Leads development of process improvement tied to systems enhancements necessary to properly leverage programs at store level. (i.e. POS changes, Sales support system integrations) • Regular review and communication with field management and the Support Center senior leadership relating to performance of assigned processes. Includes outlier reporting, monthly financial results, recognition and training completion. • Coordinates and supports response to all related help requests from the field. This includes Pebble, social media, Help Tickets and email. • Partners with and provides subject matter expert-level support to the training team to develop, implement and track training related to assigned initiatives. • Directs efforts of the Divisional Sales Manager(s) & Sales Support Manager(s) in support of green initiatives under the guidance of the Retail Selling Support Leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree • Retail store experience and strong understanding of retail-related selling and/or retail operating environment. • Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis capability. • Working knowledge of Microsoft office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to effectively drive results through others, including those that are not direct reports. • Ability to develop strong partnerships. • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • TRAVEL 25%-35%
